As a very long time customer of Yo! since it first launched in London we sauntered in to eat and then sat down only then to glance at the reviews for this branch. They weren’t flattering.Our experience was spot on however. The spicy seafood ramen was delicious. The salmon and tuna selection, albeit a tad small, was fresh and well prepared. All was delivered in a timely and friendly manner. The staff were very helpful.Something has been lost with Yo! Sushi since you can’t take the plates from the conveyor which was its signature. Not all changes are for the better. Still a good experience.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday poor service my food didn’t come for over an hour and the waiter Holly was the rudest person I’ve ever come across not to mention the fact she then charged us for someone else’s bill which was double ours at the end of the night she needs firing and yes I will be back to speak to ur manager about your DISCUSTING attitude. Thank you for ruining my birthday:)

Booked a table, travelled an hour to get there only to be told will need to wait for 45 mins for Sushi and the woman rolled off a massive list of food that wasn't available. She put it down to staff on the shift before not prepping. No one seemed really arsed, no managers to speak to. A couple who came in behind me was told the same so they left for another restaurant. I recommend anyone to steer clear of this place.

Food was really good, not much on the belt but we went for the menu street food anyway. Service was a tad slow we waited a long time for the waitress to check if we were done or if we wanted the bill despite being 1 of 3 tables in there. We had to flag her down.

A mixed opinion really. Service was excellent via one male server who was very chatty and kind, contrasted with a younger female who would just unload plates without announcing herself or the item and walk away. Food was excellent but OH SO EXPENSIVE. I knew this already about YO but even with NHS discount it cost a lot. Even the hot food portions were tiny!I recommend Nishi Sushi Cafe in Chorley for sushi lovers and your bill would buy you a LOT more food!

Not good at all expensive for food and not that good. Conveyor belt not for orders as apparently customers were helping their selves to fois which they had not ordered. The robot has retired. The foix service was terrible, everyone had eaten their food whilst I was still waiting for mine. Ordered pancakes but they never came. Its wasn't even busy so no excuse really. Sorry but can't see this establishment being open much longer.

Staff inattentive and poor service. Forgot my drink so I got up and got it from the fridge myself. Finished our food and had to wave at them to stop chatting to each other and even after clocking us (after 10 minutes of zero service on the shop floor) they didn't come over. We took a photo of the plates we'd had and just walked over to pay. They've brought in another manager from the Trafford Centre branch, Jack, and when he was here a couple of weeks ago the service was much improved. But on this occasion he was not here and the service was its usual shocking rubbish. However, the food has much improved from when it was really awful back in 2022. Just some way to go as far as the service from the staff is concerned!

We visited at lunchtime, so opted for Teriyaki chicken, gyozas, and fried pumpkin, rather than choosing from the many conveyor belt dishes. We were visited twice by an AI robot collecting empty dishes - fascinating, good use of technology.

It's ok, could be better. Since Yo! Changed their model of service it's alot harder to order especially when you have poor signal. We couldn't get the servers attention at the end of our meal to pay for a while. We ordered squid at £8 for a plate and there was very little on it. The tuna wasn't cut well and very thin..they are definitely cutting back on portions but not prices here. Servers were ok but didn't ask us if we needed any condiments. Brought ginger and wasabi when asked but first time tiny amount of ginger so had to ask for more. We did leave a tip but felt a bit robbed from.our experience overall. This is the 3rd time we've visited a yo! Sushi since the changes but we won't be returning. In a col crisis a nice meal out is just too expensive now here.
