I have been seeing louisa every few weeks or so for the past two years. I am a 60 year old postman who has acquired many physical problems such as neck pain, lower back pain, arthritis in right knee and problems with my feet. Now even though she cannot make all of these problems go away her treatment has provided me with much relief which I am truly grateful, but it has not just been Louisa's skills as a sports therapist which makes her stand out, she also has exceptional people skills and a warming personality which puts people at ease, now I could probably pay her many more compliments but to cut a long story short she is just a perfectionist who truly understands people.

Absolutely Top Notch! Louisa is an expert in her field. So friendly and an industry professional, I am lucky to be treated by Louisa and always book well in advance!!!When needed she explains what is happening and why the pain or ache is being produced AND how to combat or reduce the issue. Other times she just gets down to work and releases the area of concern.I have a chronic muscle injury in my neck, shoulders and arms which I have treated every two weeks by Louisa, I always leave with wonderful movement restored back into my shoulders and arms. Louisa also treats fitness injuries. I am into fitness so often need my back and legs releasing. Very much recommended!
