How I love London England tescos is huge hate the escalators clothes appliances food. 2 big men standing in entrance. Produce not real good. Restrooms love the people. Handicap accessibility. Parking

This shop use to be good now really awful staff not motavated wont check to see if product is in the back no TROLLEYS taking product of shelf with no replacements just all round rubbish i belive its time to use asda instead has its seems to me you dont want customers in there truley awful

Good prices, and I love the Tesco club card discount! However the only downside is that there is simply not enough cashiers, I always have to wait for like 15 min+ just to pay for my items, sometimes I use the self-checkout but that's always full, especially the cash and card self-checkouts.

I would like to complaint against Habib (help desk) and requested for a manager available on the site but they refused. I hope to have a feedback from the responsible person.I have brought pampers wipes vouchers and they refused to redeem it as I have 4 vouchers and told me to bring everyday one vouchers to redeem. Also, told me to contact pamper company and complaint to them.This is not expected from this big store.Hope to have a proper explanation from the higher authorities.

Costomer service is very bad .No wheelchairs for disable people to access.When I asked for a wheelchair their said somebody else is using and their don't have it .I can't believe that their have only one wheelchair .So I couldn't do my shopping .My son couldn't walk he was in allot pain .Nobody even try to help us there

Purchased a packet of chicken yesterday that goes out of date today. The chicken was five pound and you expect the out of date day would not be today unless stated as reduced.I took the chicken back today and refused an exchange.Really bad service a d obviously don't care.Shop at Asda

Never has trolleys or service.. really rubbish tesco this.. we need another asda here.

Often no trolleys available which is unforgivable. If you want shoppers to shop, then give them the means to move around and find what they need with at least a little convenience of a trolly to load the shopping into. More often than not there are long queues waiting to use the insufficient number of checkouts. There used to be twice the number and it was rare to have to wait with your frozen purchases melting. And open all the doors to get in or leave. Not everyone goes out through the car park, just as not everyone arrives that way either, though a lot have to go down to the carpark to hunt for a trolly, which should be available in the shop.

Really friendly staff, the breakfast is really nice and great staff serving.Don't try and use the toilets, I found locks broken on the 2 doors and no toilet roll in either cubicle, people must not be doing the checks on them.
