Just been into O2 in Grantham. An extremely helpful young man sorted my account and issues with my phone.Not sure if his name, young, dark hair, glasses. Give him a pay rise. Great experience.

Having upgraded my telephone here, I was told I did not need a new SIM card; when I got home, my old SIM card did not fit in the new phone and I had to take time off work to travel back to the store later in the week to get the new SIM card. I asked if they could throw in a screen protector as a sign of goodwill for the wasted time and effort and they refused; 2 stars because at least he was unhelpful with a smile!

Had a long wait ahead of me to be dealt with,but my details were taken and I received several SMS's to inform me when I would be seen which was a pretty decent queuing system. The service once seen was good

Brilliant!!! I'm not a technology person so Micheal who helped me was a fantastic young man. He sorted everything out that needed sorting. Extremely grateful and happy with his help. He had a smile on his face from start to finish and very polite.

Most of the people who work here are really good but other don't understand and older person need tslk yo them like we are idiots but thsnk fully some one else did understand about my o2 account being hacked Trying to sort this problem is about month now and still no resolve ftom thete headoffice fraud team
