Good service

Hugely disappointed at the service received. Son has been playing tennis for 16 years and took his racket here to be restrung, first week in October. Strings broke on the second game and as he now lives away, I called to inform them of this and brought racket in a week later. On bringing the racket in, I was told that it was not the stringers fault ( he did not realise the level of performance of the player and had he done so, he would have used different strings). This surely should be a fundamental question that is asked when stringing rackets? Paid £48 for restringing but will not be back and will not recommend to others.
