Ordered personalised item on 8th December for a Christmas gift but as the other reviews state I have not yet Received my parcel! I have emailed several times with no response! They have taken my money but not even bothered to tell me any delays or issues with the order POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE do not use!! They need reporting to the tradesmen!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!Like othrr reviews me and my daughter have had the problems ordered on the 10/12 paid extra for delivery still no sign of my parcel phone is constantly engaged and havr ignored all emails. I have now raised a query with paypal to get my money back. Seriously stay away people

ordered a personalised gift 3 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived despite 7-10day delivery. Emailed 4 times to no avail, not a single response. Tried calling many times but straight away says user busy every time. I have now had to buy a similar product from a different store in time for a birthday - and emailed for a full refund but guess what - still no answer!not happy. DO NOT USE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS. Placed my order on 20th October for a personalised item which was apparently ready and dispatched within 2 days. Waited until 29th October before contacting them to be told that Royal Mail have delayed the item and to give it until the next day. Waited but nothing received. Contacted them again but no response. Called the number and left a message. Waited a couple of days. Called the number again but this time the line was dead. Immediately raised it with PayPal. Still waiting for my item (which was probably never dispatched) or a refund. Shocking service!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I have placed an order from the 6th of November, 2018 with this worthless company for a birthday gift for my friend. My item isn’t delivered to me yet. It’s 2019 & I’m still waiting... They were quick to withdraw the money off my account and no one is responding to give me a refund. THEY’RE RUNNING A SCAM.

DO NOT USE. I paid for a gift for someone 3 weeks before Xmas. It is now 19th January and it STILL has not arrived. I have emailed constantly and rang but I am getting no response. They are quick to take the money but don’t send the product or have the decency to respond and give a refund. I am appalled. The website needs to be taken down. DISGUSTING. I AM FUMIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered items over 2 weeks ago, still not received. Been promised a refund to then be told that the person who promised does not have the authority to do so! Since then they are not responding to messages or answering the phone!

This place is a nightmare. I have been calling, emailing AND contacting them on Facebook. I found the number on Instagram and no one answers....I paid for service I never got and I'm pretty sure I got scammed.... go me.... noticed their main store front shut down as well. Avoid...BIG TIME..I wish I noticed reviews
