Mediterranean Cake House

Went there today ....bought 2 slices of a cake. Got home and both of them were dry from sides. After 3 days cake not being sold it should be taken out of the display. But my 2 slices have been on there for way more than that even the cream was solid hard .

I asked for a red velvet dessert, and he gave me a strawberry one , I didn t like it at all , I was very disappointed, my boyfriend ordered a lotus one it was dry and not tasty at all , for 7£ we didn t got great taste , I don t recommend at all

Amazing place, staff are very helpful, Cakes are always delicious have been buying all our families birthday Cakes for 14 years.

Do not go to that place. The staff lady is rude. The cake was 1 hour late and they had the wrong picture. They overcharged me for it anyway. No way again.

Cake taste likes sand and it was made days before, please don't waste money I'm very upset, in my son birthday everyone was disappointed everything went well except the cake. The lady staff behaviour is so Worst no kindness and always with a rude and annoyed face. I wish I could give zero rating.

Disgusting service. I went into the shop willing to spend up to £300 on cakes, but upon entering nobody was there which is fine as I expect people to be working in the back because the door was open so I assumed they were prepping another order.After 5 mins a woman comes out she was dressed in pink sighing and huffing and puffing and then proceeding to ask me “yes!” So I proceeded to ask about the cakes in the front and she told me the price very abruptly at “£30”, I asked if that’s all she had or if she did birthday cakes? “That’s it” was her response.At no point did she ask me question or be polite or what was the occasion, it was deadpan as if she didn’t want my service, I had to drive along way also so I asked if the box was secure for that and she just shrugged.At this point I thought I was not going to part with my money so I just left.Never go here. I will be telling all my friends and family. This is not how you run a business.

Brought a box of a mixture of baklava and other sweets...came home to find out that they were dry which meant they were 1)not fresh 2) at least 3 days old. Of course, the price for these cakes were full price but quality was -1

These people went above and beyond and spoke to me in great detail about the inside and out, offering me all options. I said not to bother even trying to write most of the Japanese characters as too hard, but she took the time to do so anyway and did it beautifully. This is a 3d sweet ink drawing that they have. There are several clues on the cake as to why I chose the butterfly, so really they can do anything. I also saw other complicated cakes (edible figurines on the top) in the shop and it is worth going through their two portfolios of photos of ones they have done before to see if one can be built similar to your own. It was the first time I bought here and the truth to start with was unfortunate service, a lady with no desire for anything attended us, with a bad face all the time and not at all friendly, no matter how much we smiled we did not get a better deal, it may be that she is racist to Latinos but it was not friendly at all...
