Good selection of pets. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and make all the check in care of the animals before sale. My new budgie.

Travelled for nearly an hour to be really disappointed in the fish section.Dead fish in at least every other tank. In one tank there were two corys that had been there long enough to be engulfed in a inch round blob of mold. Tanks were generally dirty and a few diseased fish left in with main population (ich on a betta, and one fish wasting away)Sad to see.

Great place for all sorts of pets, from birds, reptiles, furries to fish and all the accessories that maybe required. Staff are helpful and friendly, but they also really care for the animals after they leave the shop, and will not sell them just for the sake of a quick buck. Certain animals require that you show proof that you have a set up or are willing to purchase the kit to have them.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Amazing variety of animals and equipment for all kind of pets.Great choice of live food for my bearded dragon.Always fresh and on time.

There are a lot of works going on at the moment, so the entrance is around the side of the building - warning: very muddy.However, it is always fun to look around and see all the animals. You can give a donation if you wish. The armadillo was out and about when we visited - always good to see.In terms of goods, it seems well stocked and all the staff seemed knowledgeable.Be great to see the place when it reopens.

I remember when it was the Coy Carp and was taken over. Excellent place for all types of fish - tropical or marine. My son purchases his marine and corals from here. The staff are very knolawgable and offer a lot of ideas and help for the people starting out in the fish world. Did not look at all the other animals there but a must fir all interested I fish.

When into store today just to have a look and get a few bits for my two rat boys (1 year and 4 months old) and spoke to a lovely lady called Emma. She was so wonderful and I ended up getting two more 16 week old baby boys that I have called salt and pepper. Emma was so amazing and is an asset to them. Great customer service and when I went to pick them up a few hours later she remembered me straight away made the whole experience.Thank you so much Emma
