Mike is an experienced, intelligent and friendly person with fantastic knowledge about the body. The massage was fantastic for pain relief and recovery for a chronic back problem that I have. He also found some new stretches/exercises that I could do to further help my back. In particular, he is a great communicator and this makes it much easier to get the most of the massage/therapy session.

I can honestly say that Mike is the best massage therapist I've ever worked with.He knows his stuff. He is trained, experienced and professional. In terms of demeanour, he is genuinely friendly, but also deeply respectful.If you come to him with a pain, injury or problem, he will really try to understand what's going on.Beyond that, he just gives a really good massage.

The whole experience of massage was excellent from start to finish - Mike took time to gain a holistic understanding of me and my back pain and I think this is the first time someone has really got to the root of my issue!
