Excel Self Storage

Apologies, I must have hit 2 stars by accident when looking up your address. It was under my daughters name and we thought you were fabulous so I've changed it to a well deserved 5 stars.

Excel storage is priced around the middle mark for storage in the Huddersfield area. But that you get for the money is perfect. Not as run down as the cheaper storage in the area.Everything is clean and working as it should. Staff are friendly, has trolleys for moving your boxes and packing supplies available. My old storage was absolutely run down, spiders everywhere in the storage. Not so much as a cobweb near my unit right now.Overall extremely impressed with excel so far.

Amazing service, 10/10. If I ever need storage again it’ll be here, prices are cheap and affordable.

Unfortunately I have had a negative experience with excel .I cancelled my unit returned the key to the office and was assured that deposit would be returned straight away. Still waiting and keep getting emails asking to pay for more weeks storage.I have made 3 phone calls and still the situation remains the same even being promised that an email would be sent to me that never arrived.

Nice and easy self storage . Adequate opening hours , staff friendly and a good storage solution . My only issue is that the security deposit comes back to you in a cheque . This is not only a little bit old school but also a massive ball ache especially if you need the deposit straight away

The rooms are clean and dry and the customer service is brill! I had to push back the dates I booked in but scott was understanding and did his best to facilitate. He was also honest and recommended the best size room for what was needed, saying its pointless paying for fresh air! haha Thanks guys

Great place offering newly fitted out storage units. Plenty of choice in size and incredibly cheap if you get the one month free deal. Flexible in payments etc and also sell cheap good boxes and tape. Location is good for security but may be a little tricky for larger vehicles.

Storage is good and it is dry. Lift works. Toilet which is handy. Plenty of parking. Near the town centre.Opening times could be a bit better to cater for people who work full time ie earlier opening times or later closing times, even just an hour either way would help a lot of people with flexibility.Road down the side of the canal is an absolute disgrace, potholes are terrible and would not recommend taking anything smaller than a golf down there as youll have serious suspension issues or damaged tyres - this is the responsibility of all businesses though not just excel. We have mentioned it to excel and I have reported it to the council as its dangerous. The potholes are the size of basketballs.

Dry clean storage units. Scott is always very helpful and always willing to help. As are the other staff always greet you with a smile.Opening times are good to. My husband has now rented storage units for his business, he is very pleased with the units and service.Would recommend them.

Brilliant company, helpful staff , clean and everyone is friendly and accommodatingI use a few different storage companies around the valley and this is by far the best
