I recently purchased my first property through Pam and couldn't be happier with the service provided.On initially meeting Pam it is clear that she is passionate about the property industry and has a very extensive knowledge. Throughout the purchase Pam and Melissa were always happy to help me no matter how trivial my questions (Often completely unrelated to their professional obligations as estate agents).The service I have received is above and beyond what I expected and I will certainly return to Pam in the future should I decide to relocate.

Excellent knowledge and service that went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from both Pam and Melissa.We spoke to 3 different estate agents before putting our property on the market and none of the others made us feel as comfortable and as excited as Pam did.From day 1 Pam provided expert advise and managed expectations on how the current property market is performing and how long she would expect the property to be on the market before selling. She had excellent knowledge on how similar properties had been selling over recent weeks and made us feel more like family rather than a client.Once the property was on the market, Melissa kept us constantly updated on how the chain was progressing. Just finished buying our house with Pam Hirst and couldn't be happier with the service provided. If we had known about her earlier we would have sold through her as well after being let down initially and finding someone else without shopping around.Pam's team displayed an efficient, warm and friendly attitude where all the staff could do no more to make it a relaxing and speedy process throughout.The office was welcoming every time and this even extended to when our children came with us as well.
