If I could give 10 stars I would. My mother is an elderly lady and Ruby and the Entwistle Green team did a fantastic job moving her into a new property. Ruby explained everything very well and greatly assisted her when signing documents electronically. The team and especially Ruby are all very polite, professional, extremely helpful, and always answer the phone! I would highly recommend. Well done Ruby and Team!

Entwistle Green sold our house and they were brilliant from the first visit to our house. We arranged for 3 estate agents to look at the property and the enthusiasm they had for the property stood out by a mile. From there we constantly had high viewing numbers. In addition to the great job they did with the sale, they were extremely supportive with our purchase, recommending various specialists for work that needed quotations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Entwistles to anyone thinking about moving, they were brilliant!

I dealt with Entwistle Green, Colne during the purchase of my first home. The process from start to finish was great. I had a viewing booked with someone quickly and at a time that suited me and through every step of the purchase process, the staff were all happy to help with any questions or helping move things along. As soon as the completion date came along, they were in touch to arrange picking up the keys. The staff were always polite and happy to help with whatever was needed throughout the process and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home or sell one to deal with Entwistle Green.

After a long and time-consuming application ( due to myself, may I add ) to rent a property from these letting angels .. I am finally the tenant of a home that's perfect for my needs. The girls, Sharon & Ruby, were ever so helpful and understanding with my dinosaur approach to this new doo of applying online... they were never too busy to help me through the process. ( Even when I interrupted Ruby's lunch a couple of times)!After struggling to complete things myself, these two went above and beyond to make sure my application was correct. I would 100% highly recommend this fabulous team. They have helped and guided me through the process of buying my own home with a fantastic friendly and professional manner from beginning to end. I have been kept up-to-date all the way through and nothing has been too much trouble for them. Fantastic from start to finish. I met Helen on the same day as 3 other estate agents and straight away I was impressed with her enthusiasm. I decided to use Entwistle Green because of Helen. To top it all off the property went on the market on the Monday and an offer accepted by Friday. Can't thank Helen and her team enough. 5 stars from me.
