Just had our conservatory roof replaced by the Orchard Team. We are absolutely delighted with the result. They were in and out in a few days, work completed with minimum disruption or mess. Now we have a room we can use all year round. Would highly recommend Orchard.

Avoid!!This company did a new roof for my elderly parents. Building control would not pass it, they needed to get a structural engineer, roof was deemed unfit for purpose.Orchard had been paid and did not care about everything that needed to be done to fix the mess they made.Now my parents are having to pay thousands of pounds to put it right and make their home safe.This has been an absolutely terrible ordeal for my parents and downright shameful that this company has been able to take their money and run.I wouldn't trust them with a dog kennel.Totally disgraceful.

These so and so's made a proper mess of our sunroom roof... took the payment from a couple of 70 + year olds - 6k - and washed their hands of any responsibility for their work . Laughed at us when we tried to discuss it with them. They have tried a dozen times to have our review removed !! Potential customers have read our review and contacted us so we have happily filled them in. The warning signs were already there. Wish we had spotted them.so Guess what lads... these potential customers have now changed their minds...Karma
