From an ex-client I know this salon isn't as good as it used to be. I bumped into her in town and mentioned how lovely her hair was, asked if she still went to the same hairdresser at this salon. Her face fell a mile and the reply was to say no - she had an appointment and fancied a change to her hair, something a little funkier and younger. The stylist, whom she had known for years turned round and basically said Nah your no getting that
