I was looking for someone to repair my old but decent hi-fi turntable. Of the 4 people I tried, Mike was the only one not to charge to look at it. The others gave an estimated cost of over £100 and one said to ditch and buy another as the cost to repair would be aaround £200. Mike diagnosed the problem, bought the part and fitted it for £32. And he's a nice guy too. Recommended

My 1970s Thorens turntable broke, and after taking it somewhere else, who tried twice to fix it without success, I almost lost hope. M J Still diagnosed the issue over the phone pretty much, and after I dropped it in was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Gave my unit to him to repair he just made a lot of excuses about the way it had been made collector after a few days and was to it was working. Got it home still not working so had to take it back he had it for a week when I went to collect it he said it was now work a at a distance said he had turned it on to show me a music coming from it.Took the unit home and to my surprise still did not work as intended. Had to send it to London to be checked out and was told it definitely was not working . Pleased to say this guy new his trade and it now fixed and works as intendedSo it’s up to you

Absolute Star! I left a 1960 radiogram chassis which had serious issues I didn't think would ever be sorted.........Mike not only modified and installed another part, at an extremely reasonable price, but has now made my house reverberate..literally! to what only valve amps can produce. 100% Great Bloke.

My elderly Pioneer receiver had given up the ghost. I dropped it in last week and picked it up yesterday. Very pleased to have it working again and repaired at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My amp stopped working on 1 channel. Unit was repaired. Very happy with price and service,unit works like new. Also advised on cause of problem being my leads,which he doesn't sell by the way. So not a sales pitch. Would highly recommend
