I believe these guys are under appreciated and I would like to return the favour. They have recovered me through my insurance company and offered the repair I didn't expect from them. They worked through a weekend only to save my Easter bank holiday trip and offered a great price. Cancelling the trip would ruin everything. I have returned to service my engine and asked for few more things. Most of those were solved at a great price several times below dealership rates. The car is now in a really nice state and I would be a very proud returning customer for MOT and my next service. Why? Because they seriously care. Best wishes, guys!

Got recovered through start rescue.Being a lone female driver stuck on country road in the dark with only sheep for company can be unnerving. However, they turned up within 30 mins and the driver was super helpful and cheerful. It really does make all the difference.My car was recovered to my local garage with no issues.

Great service for my opinion.Sent by my breakdown cover insurance, Daniel came earlier than expected and spot the main issue.We asked to be escorted to a garage close to our final destination (around 6 miles from the breakdown spot), no problem, no extra charges.The garage was open only for half day (was Saturday), so Daniel offer to help us in case they can't fix it in time.Friendly and polite service, nice sense of humor, that help in this cases.We been able to keep enjoying our holiday like nothing happen.

I was very pleased with the service I received.The driver Josh was very polite and helpful, also he telephoned me 3 times to update me on the progress of the recovery vehicle and kept me up to date on his arrival time.Excellent job, well done.

Faultless service, sorted our breakdown swiftly and efficiently; recovery operative arrived with a courtesy car on board for us to return home, our vehicle was loaded, stored overnight and delivered to our home the following day. The courtesy vehicle was then reloaded and taken away. Seamless service and really professional staff, thank you.

I can’t say thank you enough to Josh!! He was the best part of our whole day!! Very helpful, kind and friendly made us forget the crazy day we had. He took our car safely to the destination and us too! It was nice we had a laugh and definitely the best service ever!! You can clearly tell he loves what he does. My car had an MOT failure at another local garage and they could not get the repairs done. BVS were brilliant. They checked the problem and confirmed the fix. It was a pricy job but having researched the issue, the price was very fair and it was sorted very quickly. They even offered to sort my MOT if the previous garage could not fit me in on time. This will be my garage of choice going forward. Thanks

BVS Motors were sent to recover my vehicle which had developed a fault a long way from home and wasn't driveable. Josh came promptly and took me part way home, where another recovery company met me for the final leg. I can't praise Josh enough - SUCH a nice man - friendly, kind, reassuring, prompt and professional. I feel very lucky that he was on call that day and can't thank him enough. THANK YOU JOSH!
