I have never received such poor service from estate agents both from a communication perspective and business practice. Totally unethical, irresponsible and just poor all around. I dealt with Tawhid Ali who after multiple rounds of increasing my offer told me that my offer was accepted and would proceed to next steps to which I received the agreement and deposit instructions. Within the same day he then began to ghost my phone calls and emails for 2 days to which I then received an email stating that they had taken another offer in and would proceed with another tenant.As per our discussions I already increased my offer and pre payment in order to secure the confirmation which he gave me. To continue taking offers after this point is simply unethical as I have backed out of other offers based on the conversations and documentation received by Tawhid. (He also mentioned he had done the same with several other clients and were returning deposits to the others as well).Furthermore if a higher offer came in I would expect to be notified given the confirmation And an opportunity to bid higher on the property. I now need to start from scratch having lost two properties, this one and the one I backed out of due to this poor agents work.This is extremely unethical, frustrating and frankly a waste of time.Comparing to the level of service from other agents who are directly available via WhatsApp this is just absolutely awful.Given the rest of the Google reviews this seems like a normal standard of business and clearly dodged a bullet but would recommend anyone to stay away from this agency.

Accusatory agents that came round on false pretenses, fabricating issues that were common to the area with no evidence of any wrong doing other than vague reports - completely unwilling to substantiate these when challenged but still maintained that they were the reasons to end tenancy early. If you value stability and transparency, look elsewhere. Clearly not above leaving fake reviews to boost their ratings - note the vague positive reviews vs the very specific negative reviews. Not worth the risk!

Absolutely horrible, I phoned 3 times to confirm a virtual viewing. Then I got an email saying I would have a viewing on Thursday the 2nd of Nov at 6pm which was fine for me. On Thursday at 5.45 pm I got a call saying the agent was running late and was asked whether it was okay to have my virtual viewing at 6.30 pm. I said I had no problem with that and waited. And they never phoned me for my viewing! I sent a complaint email back the following day which I have not had any response to. Next time I will check out other Estate Agents.

clearly the negative reviews are personal agenda, I’ve recently moved in and received a professional service and they were able to accommodate my requests. Best company, very much recommended.

Veeeeeery poor service, unprofessional, ZERO customer service, no respect, they use hate speech…and even more!!! (As reported by my friend and I was monitoring through out the journey of contacting them).Look at the language they use.DON’T CONTACT THEM…RUN AWAY!

Excellent service over the phone. Arranged a viewing online and they replied instantly with a phone call to confirm a date and time. Viewing was very nice and efficient and all my questions were answered

Terrible experience with this agency. Poor communication. Was always told different information from each agent I talked to.I phoned them multiple times and one agent I talked to on the phone told me that they won't need any documents from me except proof of employment and that would be it, which I told him won’t be a problem and I have the paper ready to provide. A couple of days later, another agent tells me that I will need referencing. I had been in contact with them for over a week planning a viewing of the flat (which they never did), and was never once told that I need referencing until a week later.Update: They are accusing me of lying and then further go on to state that I am the one abusing online (when I am only putting a google review with my personal experience), quite hypocritical.
