Outstanding Service...There has been intense scrutiny and pressure on midwives and the teams due to recent tragic events.Me and my wife can say, the team at Burnley General Hospital have been fantastic. A very special shoutout goes to the Post Natal team Inc Louise, Ella, Laura and Zoey. You are a credit to your profession.Thank you for all your kind help and for going over and above throughout our days at the hospital.

What a bunch of wasters! Did not have a clue what they are doing! Sack the lot of them and certainly no pay rises. Horrendous treatment and lied to by head nurse saying someone was off sick! No they went to wrong hospital. Surrounded. Y morons! After that I walked out as no trust in good care when I am vulnerable

Would leave 0 stars if i could. They saw my 3 year old boy who had slipped over, took him to x-ray and said he just had a sprained ankle. 2 days on and he's still screaming if he puts his foot down, so we go to Blackburn hospital instead, they do an x-ray and he has a fractured shin bone. The negligence is beyond belief, and whoever the Dr was who saw him needs striking off. I have never been more disgusted or angry in my entire life. I have always supported the NHS but the level of care these days is pathetic, they can't be arsed to do their jobs correctly or they are incompetent (not sure which is worse). AVOID this hospital!!

Avoid at all costs. This place ought to be shut down. Absolutely horrendous staff and waiting times are beyond ridiculous. Incompetency at every level.

Gynaecology unit is the worst staffing ever. The staff are nice to your face, and behind your back you can hear them bitching about you. How ethical is that? No matter what people have come into hospital for, whether is big or small, staff are supposed to help and support them. Not make patients feel like there are not wanted on the ward. There was another staff, (and these staff are mixture of nurses, managers, hca) that made her opinion very clear in front of patients of how gynaecology day units should be running. Making me feel so uncomfortable.I was extremely ill, my family thought I should have stayed in. But the staff treated me awful, and in-front of me there treated the other patients lovely. I discharged myself and went home. But I rather die at home, with my family, than these heinous nurses and Maneger that are laughing at your face and making you die mentally too.People have no choice but to be treated, but report these people, or give bad reviews.

I got lost and two really nice ladies helped me find the way out even though I'm sure they were on their way somewhere. Really friendly staff. Thank you! Scan was really quick, but finding the right parking areas could be easier.

I can understand why alot of people get upset and angry with the NHS. I came in yesterday for an x-ray for my parent who has a bent finger n we was recommended to get an x-ray by the doctor so we headed up late afternoon. Greeted by an receptionist with an attitude problem n told us to sit down. A couple of minutes in the receptionist started to behave bizzare he started rocking back and forth like a crazy person humming and talking to himself. We were called to the x-ray n there was no fracture but the nurse didn't even bother putting a splint or a bandage to try n straighten her finger all we was told was to take pain relief n that's it. I thought doctors and nurses were super to care for their patient's not just dismiss them. Some hospital system you run.
