Lajina is such a fun person to be around, whether she is demonstrating, talking at an event or teaching you to cook amazing Indian food. She is so generous with her knowledge and takes care to include everyone, she is authentic and funny and her spices are amazing!

I purchased an Indian cookery class for my fiancés birthday to be delivered at our home as he loves cooking. Part of the Lajina Masala package is that I also got to invite up to 8 guests to attend later in the day to celebrate and eat the food that would be produced during the cookery class. From the outset Lajina was very professional and gave me a list of food options for Chris to prepare and cook during his class and she sent over lots of information, spices and an apron to make giving the present a special as the class itself. I wasn't sure what to expect having never purchased a present like this before, but I have to say the service provided before and on the day blew my mind and on top of that the food they jointly produce was absolutely incredible. One of our guests said I've never eaten such an amazing starter". It was lovely to see Chris and Lajina cooking

I can highly recommend Lajina's full day Indian cookery course. We made so many delicious dishes including onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, chicken and spinach curry (you can choose to make any curry you prefer), naans, dips and spicy potatoes. We sampled some of the food for lunch along with a delicious lentil dhal and Indian salad that Lajina made, and got to take home loads of food too along with a gift pack of spices from Lajina's range. My husband was incredibly impressed with the flavours of all the dishes I brought home and said it was like eating at a really good restaurant.Lajina is a lovely, welcoming person and a great teacher and explains everything really clearly. She was assisted by her husband Krish who looked after us very well throughout the day and is also very knowledgeable about Indian cooking.All in all it was a really enjoyable day and has given me the confidence to cook a wider variety of delicious Indian dishes.

Had a great time and learned quite a few new tricks to try out from a cooking course with Lajina.Thankyou for the knowledge and a nice relaxed environment, I'd recommend anyone interested in getting better with cooking Indian food to check out Lajinas website :)Il be trying to recreate some at home :)

I recently attended “cooking lessons” given by Lajina. Excellent. Very hands on, learned the essentials of making a good curry . . . and more. More as in more than just curries . . . Bargies, Samosa, breads, dips, rice . . . and more as in Lajina and her husband were highly entertaining. I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a lovely day at Lajina’s Curry Masterclass in Little Wenlock. The curry making was interactive & instructive & we made a delicious mixture of curries for our lunch. Lajina is a very good teacher & we were all given packets of curry spice to try her recipes at home. I learned a lot about curry making - Recommended !

Fun and delicious. What more can you ask? Lajina shows you how over Zoom and we ended up with a dish (chicken chaat) we could never have cooked from a book.

I can not recommend Lajina enough!First off her food is amazing this lady has a real talent for cooking amazing Indian food. Secondly if you want to learn how to do it too attend one of her workshops, she shared some great tips that changed the way I make curry! Also I only now make curry using her spices and I get great results every time :)
