Enquired over the phone regards windscreen wiper blades & found out the ones I needed were in stock. They were fitted for me in the rain! They were a little squeaky so I mentioned this and the chap who served me came out in the rain, applied neat screen wash which solved the problem. Result! Excellent customer service! 5 stars!

Great place, very helpful. Registration number doesn't work well getting parts, especially batterys.But I have recently been disappointed getting a quote on a cambelt kit. I found the exact same kit online for at least £300 less. That's a massive saving. Kit turned up original and not a fake. I called them back. They were understanding but stood by their prices.

I'm from Shilton Park so it was definitely the closest and most convenient car part supplier to me. I gave a 4 star rating ONLY on the basis that I had checked the part I needed on their online site against the availability claim to the part being in this particular store, I was told upon arrival that it wasn't indeed in stock at the stated store. However they had the part ordered, delivered and ready to collect 2 days later. Had they have told me its on backorder or the fact they couldn't order it, I might have marked it 3* but the fact it was swift service even after or due to a technical error I'm happy to give a 4* rating
