We selected PRA to install four air conditioners in our home over the summer of 2023. Following on from our initial query a site visit was conducted by Paul to create a handful of quotations for various potential setups they thought would meet our requirements, balancing budget and options. Each proposal was clearly presented, and supplemental technical documents provided to give a full picture of what PRA could offer. Paul clearly knows the domain thoroughly and provided excellent advice and insight whilst onsite.Having accepted one of the quotations; we had one of their install teams, Neil and Rhys, on-site a few weeks later to do the work. Both guys arrived onsite exactly when they said they would, were polite and friendly (even around an inquisitive three year old), and kept us well appraised on progress throughout. All the work was conducted with care for the property; no damage to existing decor, no dust / debris, and every evening the house was left safe and clean (despite one room being a DIY battle zone itself already).We have a had an ongoing issue with the unit related to the “smart” control features. This has nothing to do with PRA (it’s all in silicon) and is being handled by the manufacturer, but it has given us an insight into PRAs after sales care which has been equally fantastic.A final shout out to the ladies in the office, Becky and Lucy, who have been omnipresent during sales, delivery and aftercare; always seem to answer calls / email quickly, never been made to feel a burden, and always are happy to help.From the limited, single week of heat we’ve had this year, the units work amazingly well keeping the property cool throughout the day, and helping our little one sleep though the night. Other than the issue with remote control the system has been faultless and we couldn’t be happier.Would thoroughly recommend.

On Monday 15th July 2013 during the heat wave we are experiencing my domestic air conditioning ceased to function.I contacted PRA at the Kidderminster branch and requested a service.Paul the conditioning expert called to see me and sorted out the problem very quickly, at a reasonable cost.I recommend PRA for their efficiency and expertise. In particular Paul.

Panasonic Air Conditioning Unit fitted …Neil and Reece turned up on time, were polite , respectful, and very tidy workers. They installed the unit & patiently went through the controls and wi-fi connection. I chose this company because of the great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed.
