Consistently great service from both the sales and service guys at Triumph North London. Went well above and beyond to resolve a problem with a rear tyre on a second-hand bike they had sold me over a year ago. Will happily be returning, as I trust them to both get things right and to put things right. Special mention to Jamie who was excellent and is a credit to the dealership.

Overall very good. Friendly but then you are the customer. Very corperate and careful in whst they say. The chief mechanic certainly know his stuff but is very reticent to admit it may be the bike.

Opened 5 days ago this Triumph showroom in Northwest London certainly ticks the box of convenience for those seeking a visit from this part of the town. Their service was great as well. I was received with a smile at the reception and was lucky to book myself for a test ride. I met Thomas and he explained all that I wanted to know with patience. Besides they have a good collection of bikes you can test ride.

Great Triumph shop.We went for the opening day and it was fantastic lots of bikes to look at, free hog roast and drinks great atmosphere and friendly staff.Brought a new t.shirt.

I'm exasperated with Triumph Shop's service. I scheduled a 6k service for my Tiger 900 four weeks ago, only to be told days before my appointment about a supposed recall requiring a part. I was forced to reschedule, fitting it around my work commitments.Shockingly, they later revealed the recall was about bolt torque, not the part mentioned. Then, they proposed yet another rescheduling to a non-Saturday slot because they were fully booked. This was infuriating, especially as I had scheduled well in advance to secure a Saturday slot.Regrettably, I'm now looking elsewhere for the 6k service. This isn't the first time I've been left hanging by Triumph Shop. Despite understanding occasional delays, the constant shifting appointments and misinformation are simply unprofessional and unacceptable.Overall, Triumph Shop's service is disappointing, especially for a brand as reputed as Triumph. I expected far better customer service and professionalism.
