We sold a property in Stubbington last year (2020) during the height of the pandemic. At one point we had to move to the midlands and left the property solely in the hand of the staff at Lee. They were brilliant even going in one day to collect post and read the meters, can't says enough to thank them all.

I recently had to sell my Mother-in Laws flat for her as she went into a nursing home. I contacted Fenwicks at Lee-on-the-Solent as they were the agents used for the purchase. The staff were so professional and produced a first class sales package.That was in July 2022 and we had a buyer quiet quickly after a couple of viewings. The buyer was quiet fussy and asked lots of questions and he seemed happy. His solicitor was not and in the end the the process collapsed on the day of exchange to the amazement of all concerned.The team quickly got the property back on the market and it sold really fast with completion taking place in July 23, a whole year after it was put on the market.The staff, all of them them, were very helpful, even through the bad times and I can’t thank them enough for helping me in a very stressful time for the family.
