Parts never answer the phone calling for 2 hours - spoke to sales department and still got nowhere. Waste of time

Had my car serviced by these and so much damage caused to the rear axle, the axle had to be replaced tried to say was like this when taken in. When you take your car to a jeep franchise you expect a top service- well this was far short of that. I will not be returning when you leave your car you want it treating with respect.
