Love this store it's got great stylish clothes for all ages and sizes. The staff are very friendly and it's a lot better than primark.

Been going in the Eltham store since it opened. Staff are all nice, friendly and helpful. The manager Chrissy is so nice, always helpful, friendly and will never make you feel unwelcome. Good for a chat when wanted, not just about clothes. Always sad when the store is threatened with closure as the store and its staff are a good long term feature in the High St. We do not need to lose the few remaining clothes stores left.

Last experience, using blue card, was a pain. Was with my partner, showed the blue card and the person who was working at the till told that she couldn't pay with that debit card (was mine with my name on it, forgot to check). When questioned only could say she can't pay with this card..without looking for my name.Meanwhile a colleague who was in the 2nd till get involved

How hard is it to return something? Followed the online instructions to be told by rude staff I didn't have the right reference no! Was that my fault? It was the one I was sent.The staff did manage to refund but after causing unnecessary a0aggravationcustomer

I recently popped into peacocks in Eltham, great items lots of stock! And the till assistant was very lovely and chatty! Not just to me but to all customers.( not sure of her name)much better than the catford store.I recently bought seamless lace bandeau bra in all colours, they are amazing! Best quality too!! I always find peococks have the best quality items. Will keep buying from this store ❤️❤️❤️

LOVE this shop and hope it never closes. Probably the best customer service given here in the whole of Eltham retail stores, although you might be stuck in the que for ages to pay but staff is always very pleasant. M x

I wouldn’t even give this a one star but only because I have no choice but walked into the Eltham, London peacocks was in there to find my partner some trousers as he went to try them on, the fitting room was open for use however it said on the door ‘please advise a member of staff before using’ so we went over to the till to find someone to only see one staff on the tills who was serving , we then tried to grab the member or staff attention with the words ‘sorry’ and she totally ignored us we only wanted her acknowledgement that we was using the changing room, after she ignored us she then decided to speak to us but with such bad manners there was no need to her to shout across and be rude we are paying customers and after she was rude I went quite because I was shocked then the manager came to the till and started being rude as-well before even knowing what the situation was, my partner then said your understaff and that how are we meant to tell when they are wearing there own clothes and don’t have name badges nor do they seem approachable we was simply trying to shop in there store I feel embarrassed and upset that coming from someone who works as customer service for 6 years and I would never speak the way she did,I don’t have a name for the two members of staff as my partner has asked them twice for there names and they said in there policy they don’t have to give out names, my partner then didn’t argue as we don’t know the policy so we can’t do anything but we have just spoken to customer service themselves and said they are instructed to give there first names to us so not only are these staff/ manager very rude but also don’t know there own policy or lying about it this isn’t fair and I don’t feel that there not taking there job seriously you don’t speak to to people like that your customers are what makes the company a company I was never rude once and I don’t feel like they belong in a customer service job if they don’t want to help people to have the best of service in there shop, I hope they realise that being rude doesn’t get you anywhere.

The staff are always polite and helpful when I visit x Eltham store is better.The staff are ready to help if u can't find what u want.Also it's the parents responsibility to keep an eye on their children,if they open packets then u should buy it .the store cannot sell them when they have been opened xx

Peacocks in Eltham has very bad customer service. I wanted to return one item but they found out that my debit card has not been signed. They said I have to sign it but they can' t see me. So I went to another part of the shop to sign it but they said they did see me. Firstly I was thinking that they are playing with me that it must be some sort of joke. My baby cried a lot and I decided to ask for manager. She said the same that I can't return the item because my debit card wasn't signed or was signed in their presence and I can bring it back tomorrow. She said is a Peacocks policy. I couldn't find such a policy in any Peacock website. They don't care that I have crying baby and obviously not time to come to High Street every day. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in Eltham's Peacock shop!I am editing that i returned the item few days later in another Peacocks shop without any problem, NO ONE asked or watched if my card is signed. Is obvious that Eltham's Peacock making their own policy. I will never ever buy in this shop again. Question for Peacocks shop in Eltham - Why did you sell me in first place the item when my card wasn't signed? Your policy doesn't make any sense.

Peacocks sell reasonably priced clothes of fair quality. I visited this branch to pick up a click and collect order. I was told it hadn't arrived and to contact customer service. On doing so I found the order was indeed at the store which meant another trip back to Eltham. I got the impression they are short staffed in store. More vigilance please!
