Bought a pair of slippers for an elderly relative but was unfortunately too big took back to the shop where the lady serving was very rude and very sarcastic told me she would have to do a refund even though it was an exchange for a smaller item said the refund had gone through on my debit card then took another £45 out of my account for smaller pair checked my account and the refund had not been put into my account so according to that I have paid £90 for 1 pair of slippers NO NOTICE UP IN SHOP SAYING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES won't GO BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT STRIGHT AWAY But money for paying for an item does this is disgusting.

Absolutely great place to shop, the staff are really knowledgable and friendly, went over and above to make sure we got the correct scooter for the car. Also helped my mum try on slippers he was soo good great customer service from all. Good prices too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Amazing, friendly service, I visited the shop with my dad who was after a rollator, nothing was too much trouble, my dad was able to try several out before making a decision, everything was explained in a patient manner, we weren’t rushed or pressured, it’s so rare to come across great service like this! This place meets all mobility needs. The staff could not have been more helpful on every visit. The very best place to shop the staff will always find the right solution. I take this opportunity to thank them for many years of helping me in a most outstanding way.

There is parking a short walk away. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They stock a huge range of goods from shoes to electric chairs and all gadged in between. Some shoes are in stock but you can take catalogues away to browse from and ordered shoes take a week or two to arrive. They are happy to replace shoes if not the correct fit.
