Friendly and professional staff,have a wide range of treatments . Fairly priced won’t go anywhere else for my hot wax and my beautiful shellac nails. Great place look after you well .

Every time I’ve tried this shop I have been dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of service. I used to get my under arms waxed and would always notice an incomplete job and also poor technique which led to more pain( eg no applying pressure after), so I stopped. I’ve had my nails done at this salon again poor quality which meant it did not last longer than a week.Today I went into have an acrylic set of nails removal and again poor quality service and poor customer service. The lady grabbed my fingers very tightly which hurt and I asked her to be gentle and she was rude and complained. I had to complain and ask for an apology. Then onto removing the nails she had me in acetone sat for almost 40 minutes and would not clean in between removal and honestly the end product is shocking for someone who went to a nail salon. No hand washing facilities also for nails being completed. I would not recommend this salon at all. I have given it many opportunities but each time seems worse than the previous.

Brilliant service made me feel very comfortable was abit scared to have my nails done because of pass experience but I love then thank you I'm definitely getting other treatments done thanks G xxx

No complaints. My go-to for just over a year now for body wax and eyebrow maintenance.
