Recently went to Motorland to view a Toyota Yaris, the car was as described with a years MOT, all the staff were very friendly asked if I needed anything and left me to it so there was no pressure! Would highly recommend!

Beware of the low part exchange price's they offer. Enquired about a 16 grand Audi and they couldn't be bothered to even try a deal. I got £800 more for my car elsewhere.

Avoid this garage at all costs brought a car which needed some work doing under warranty which I was told wasn't covered they agreed to have the work done at there dedicated garage which made the car worse and cost me a lot of money to sort out so please be aware when buying from this garage

Visited recently. The staff were amazing and very well informed. The cars were immaculate. I believe I was served by a man named Roman (so sorry if I am wrong) he was very friendly and made the whole process very easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Purchased car from this company and they could not do enough for me. 4 months later car develops a fault. I get it towed to my local garage. It is explained to me that the fault is due to a previous repair being done to “bodge” the job. I contact Motorland who tell me they do not do repairs and that is why they have supplied me with a warranty.Speak to warranty firm, the fault is not covered by the warranty policy supplied by motor point.I am now left with a car that I can’t use, I’ve been quoted 4300 to repair, and I’m still having to pay the finance on.No regard for after sales or the consumer rights act.

Just bought my Audi from these guys, cannot fault it a single bit. Spoke to someone on the phone and they explained everything. After being disappointed by other dealers, I really did not want to waste any more time travelling as it was costing a lot travelling all over to find myself a family car. They told me about the service history and they even went out of their way to send a video of the car. I was happy, so I made my way down, it was a bit of a journey for me as I came from Newcastle. Exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable and curious. We were left alone and not once did we feel under pressure to buy. This all made for a very pleasurable visit which resulted in us purchasing the vehicle that we had gone specifically to view.

The team at Moterland are super friendly, they helped me out buying my BMW X3, they gave me loads of advice, I couldn’t of asked for a better service. 100% will be returning back to them to get a new car for my wife next year
