Great big softplay and equally good toddler area. Loads of seating, well spaced out. Nice coffee. Knocked a star off for customer service as it's the only thing lacking. Second time we've been and same experience both times so not a one-off.

Went to visit Santas grotto on Sunday 10/12 and could not believe how amazing it was . My son is autistic and Santa and his elf were so amazing with him. They took so much time to chat with him and wasn’t rushed out like some places . 10/10 . We also stayed to play and had a fantastic breakfast also . Great staff and great facilities.

The play equipment was clean, but our visit was marred by poor customer service.Older children ran riot over the baby's area and staff and parents made no effort to intervene.Allergens were poorly catered for - when I asked whether there was a milk alternative due to an allergy the staff were very dismissive.

Great place to take our 3 year old grandson for safe play. Cafe is great, good selection of drinks and hot food all reasonably priced.

Good softplay, have started taking my 3 year old and my 10 month old as the bigger part is just right for the 3 year old now that she has somewhat outgrown other softplays like Dobbies and Jabberwocky. Tables are sometimes a little bit sticky but I always have my own Milton wipes with me anyway and we don't tend to eat from the cafe. Coffee is good.

Great place. Kids had lots of fun, fab for killing a couple of hours and wearing out the little ones.
