One floor was inaccessible due to maintenance and access for pushchair was very poor. Both lifts out of order so had to walk down the car access ramps from the top floor. Also, another stairwell/fire escape was locked with cable ties around the door handle. Would have parked elsewhere if I had known about these issues. +1 star for the view at the top.

used to use their parkpass app all the time to automatically pay for parking but apparently they’ve suddenly stopped using the app. No clear signage of this when I parked in June so have been send a £100 fine!! it looks like they’ve just deleted all accounts without notifying people. disgusting and a scam. advise to avoid, highly disappointing

It is the first time I park at this multi-stories carpark. The location is very convenient as it is close to Portland Street, China Town and Piccadilly Garden. Besides, you can also find National Express Bus Terminus at the ground floor. You can register your car details and payment methods in NCP app so that you can enjoy autopay function. Just enter and leave the site strightly. I feel a little bit surprised that the parking space is quite reasonable. Non-experienced drivers can also park wihtout difficulties. Please take note that the above merits also come with standard city centre parking rate

The payment was confusing as there are no barriers. There are 3 different ways to pay and once you leave your session automatically ends (no multiple entries). So you have to park your car there for the duration of your stay and can't use your vehicle to get around,It's best to just pay each time you leave.

It’s very helpful place for the travellers who travel in National Express. National express coach station just in front of this NCP parking . Payment is cashless. You have payment machine in down stairs, or you can pay by NCP mobile application.

Lifts out of service, so if you are with young kids or disabled you are screwed, I would not recommend to park in the multi story car park! Like every where else most of the car park are run by NCP which charges you arm and a leg!
