Bristol Street Motors SEAT Darlington

Recently bought a car from Seat in Darlington and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The customer service was fantastic. Allan listened to what we wanted, set up a test drive quickly and gave us all of the necessary information and options to proceed with the purchase. Dan was very accommodating in getting us the best deal for our part exchange. Allan had the car ready and prepared for when we had arranged to collect it and followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the car. We’re over the moon with the car and the customer service we received. Thank you Allan, Dan and the rest of the staff at Seat Darlington.

I am very happy with my new car and the service that was provided throughout from Bristol Street Motors. Even though I turned up 40 minutes early to my appointment, I was greeted straight away by a lovely salesman Elliott, who made the experience really easy and straightforward. The car I wanted to view was ready for me to view and test drive once I got there. Elliott was very accommodating and answered all questions I had about the car. The only reason that I have given 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told that the car would be ready for me to pick up on Thursday but it wasn’t ready until the following Wednesday. Although, I was given daily updates on the car and it wasn’t able to be ready as the car needed a big part replaced so that it was in the best condition and I was given a full tank of petrol in the car due to the wait. Thank you to the Bristol Street Motors team and particularly Elliott for making sure that I had everything I needed throughout the process, I have a lovely new car that drives and feels fantastic.

We were happy with the used vehicle we bought from this dealership however on collection we noticed some marks on the bodywork that there cleaner couldn’t remove we still took the vehicle and had the bodywork cleaned and detailed professionally turns out the stained bodywork was old dried bird poo the cars detainers should have been able to remove this with proper polish / compound but car is top notch now and gleamingMy reason for a 4 star review is that the salesman ( Elliot ) stated he would contact us in a few days after delivery of vehicle to make sure we were happy and that the paintwork was sorted sadly Elliot never rang us it’s a BIG No No not to contact a customer when you stated you would think the term is you dropped the ball Elliot and lost a star ⭐️ which would have been five had you done what you stated

We had a problem, entirely of my making, that needed an urgent solution. Bristol Street Motors worked extremely hard to solve the problem on time, and repeated the exercise when the wrong part turned up. Staff went an extra mile to fit the part and to check all was OK. I drove away with the problem solved and with time to spare. Many thanks for wonderful service!

I received helpful information, and friendly service when I was looking for the car. The sales staff were very good, answering my questions in a patient and comprehensive manner. Unfortunately, the car developed a fault not long after purchase but when I reported it, it was booked in for the next day, and returned to me the day after, which I thought was good service. On my experience so far, I would recommend Bristol Street SEAT.

Went in seat on the 16th of October 23 to look at the range of cars available on motorbility I was totally ignored two men came from an office downstairs and walked straight past not a word while the others up on the balcony never said hello or anything, I waited 15 mins and not one person asked if they could help. Well you just lost a big sale. Won't be calling again. And I wasn't the only one to walk out was a young man also sat waiting and he also walked out.

I would give my experience 3 and a half stars if I could. I had my first experience with Bristol Street the other day for my Cupra's first year service. Service and pricing were what you would expect for a main dealership. A did have a few gripes however. Firstly, I turned up a dealership currently under renovation. There was no person to greet me nor any signage to signal where I should present myself. I did speak with someone, in a temporary cabin who begrudgingly informed me I would need to speak with someone in Skoda servicing. It would have been nice to have known this before I had attended on site. Secondly, upon returning home and inspecting my vehicle I came across liquid lubricant splashes all over the rear lower plastic foot trim pieces, the lower half of the leather seat trims as well as on the rear car mats. It most likely will wash off however for me this slap-dash attitude to vehicle servicing erodes the manufacturer's intended message in their advertisement that they are selling something premium in the Cupra badge.

The head engineer is lovely and helpful. Other staff are sometimes not quite so much. My Cupra is really good, would defo recommend it ( formento).

My daughter and I travelled from Liverpool to Darlington Bristop St motors, this where we found the best deal for the type of car we were looking for. Staff at Darlington are very professional, friendly and welcoming

5 star service, got the car in quickly and a massive thank you to Sukhpal Purba for looking after us. I will returning next year for my service and my MOT in December! I also want to say thank for the flowers, they are lovely! Really recommend! Worth my journey and every penny!
