Nobody ever wants to put their Mum in “a home” do they? We all wish we could move them in with us and look after them ourselves. But, very often, this just isn’t realistic. I felt terribly guilty moving my Mum in to a home, but I shouldn’t have. The Old Rectory gave my Mum the most exceptional care. The home is situated in a very peaceful, picturesque part of Warrington. It’s always lovely and clean and never smells like “an old peoples home”! The home is beautiful, situated next to the canal with a huge, beautiful garden.But more than that, the team there are absolutely wonderful. Whilst my Mum was living at The Old Rectory it felt like she was living with family. Could you possibly ask for more? If you’re looking for a new home for your loved one, you don’t need to think twice about The Old Rectory.

What a fantastic and lovely home. After a terrible year my auntie needed to move into nursing care, the staff are so welcoming and are lovely with my auntie and anyone who visits. Really recommended
