Premium Service Centre

was Accompanying my wife for her first visa as a spouse, i was very impressed with the politeness of the staff. the entire process at the centre was excellent. there is a drinks machine and toilets as well as a comfortable waiting area.

Easily assessable . Couple of minutes walk from the station if you’re using public transport. Security was very polite and helpful. Been there for husband’s biometric and used premium service. Spend 30mins and got positive results in 3hrs. Thank you.

Visa and immigration centre for British visa applications here in the UK. The service is usually quick and fast. It’s relatively busy during the days but the whole process probably last an hour and a half. Be cautious not to park your car within the premises you will get fined. Theirs a John Lewis pay and display car park literally 2 minutes away from the visa and immigration centre. Overall the staff were very polite and helpful, they really helped with the process.

It was a nice experience. Staff are very professional, from security and reception to case workers. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for appointment as suggested on website. Handed all documents at my appointment time. Fingerprint is taken in 10 minutes after that. We are told to wonder around the town centre for shops and cafes, I was called in 1 hour 5 minute after I left the premium centre. All my documents are ready for collection including my visa. I did prepare 2 piles of documents, original and photocopy all labelled. It definitely helped speed of process. I am very impressed if you have a choice book at Solihull. Town centre is also quite nice with lots of places to eat.

There's no enough words to talk about this centre. The service is fabulous. All the staff is so polite and helpful make u feel so comfortable. From the security to the reception to the managers ... woww I dont believe we can have such a great service in the governments sector ... Just proud of this centre... loved the experience of one day appointment.... specially ms Diana and the manager on duty such professionals and highly skilled ... helped me thru to get to my appointment ... and the security as well.... thank you ... a big thank you ms Diana.. and the security staff. 5 stars def. I use priority service in october in shefield home office & got letter 28 october granted stutus. After that asking on email or phn for brp card. They said you need to book again your biometric because of Someone electronic resson so 27 Feb I done my biometric in solihull and still waiting for brp.I m just confuse which type of priority service this .if this is priority service who use standard service please share your experance with me

I been today for my wife's visa. Very good service. Friendly staff. Decision can take up to 2 - 3 hours but i think its worth going and spending extra money. Slaute to the people work there. Make tough decisions everyday. Thumbs up.

My family and I couldn't be happier with our experience at this premium service centre. Everyone from security to the reception desk to the case officers and to biometric staff were all incredibly friendly, polite, professional and very accommodating. Their office ran like clockwork and expectations were always well managed by staff. Although parking is not available at the centre, its central location in the commercial district allows for parking at the John Lewis Car Park (which accepts credit card payments and is a less than 5 minute walk to the centre). To kill time when waiting for your application to be reviewed, you can easily and quickly walk to many different restaurants and stores to include those located inside the Mell Square Shopping Centre. Overall our family's experience was surprisingly excellent, and we can't thank the centre enough for having made this visa/BRP process a painless one, particularly for our children!
