Buckle up is an amazing antenatal course for those local to Norwich. Far more in-depth than others available from speaking to other new parents, doesn’t just prepare you for birth but the months following. I also do not know what I would do without the support of our little group for every day new parent worries, stresses and funny little stories. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend BuckleUp for all new parents - there's so much great content, and it's delivered in an informal, non-judgemental and supportive way. The course is of really high quality and Alice is fantastic - so reassuring and good humoured. We were particularly pleased with the efforts made to include all types of families, and that LGBTQ+ inclusive language was used throughout the course. All of the experts who deliver sessions on the course are really well-informed and they take their time answering questions and providing follow up information. Highly worth it!
