Rocco loves his time with The Doggy Butler, he loves his adventure walks and the pics sent after are exceptionally beautiful.Rich is an absolute star, goes above and beyond to offer the help and support needed. He’s completely reliable, trustworthy, dependable and everything I need to help me take care of my little pup. I can’t recommend him enough.

Rich is absolutely amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable about beagles :) We will definitely be using his services in the future. Our dog Honey loved him. We would highly recommend him for all your pet related needs.

I have used The Doggy Butler numerous times, and can’t imagine using anyone else. Richard is an absolute animal lover of all furry friends big or small. The passion he has towards looking after my cat has helped her progress from a feral kitten to the most loving kitty. If our dogs could talk (Rex and Kipper) they would definitely put Richard at number 1 of their absolute favourite humans! And he has also become our number 1 friend over the years too. The wonderful love, fun and joy he brings to each and every dog in his care is clear to see. The excitement when the van pulls up is crazy! . Hugs and kisses and off they go. Fab photos and video of every tail wagging, tongue hanging walkies. So wonderful to see them all so happy and running free in such a variety of lovely well chosen locations. Professional service and always reliable. The only person we would trust that our dogs get a full hours walk. I genuinely can’t recommend Rich highly enough. He’s everything you would want in a dog walker/carer and more. He looks after our Border Terrier pup, Piper, like she is his own and she absolutely adores him and her adventure walks with Rich and her pals. We have walks every weekday, regular daycare and sleep overs. We love the photos and videos Rich shares of her walks, they are very much appreciated! Rich is such a lovely person, always positive, fun and delightful to deal with but crucially he is also extremely professional, organised, detailed, totally reliable and provides excellent communication. As an adult I have had dogs for the last 20 years (all BT girls!) and feel confident to say that he is exceptional in the service he provides and the love he has for his canine charges. We feel very lucky to have found him xxx

Rich is an incredible guy who loves his dogs and his job. My dog absolutely adores him, even more than he loves me I’m pretty sure. He takes them on a huge variety of walks so they don’t get bored. I love how he uploads photos of their adventures so we can all see our pups enjoying their time with him. I go to him for advice for my dog and he’s never too busy to respond or help. He truly cares! My dog also boards with him, and it really is home from home for him. So happy we found Rich at the Doggy Butler!!

Richard has been fabulous with our Bruno since he was 8 weeks old and has helped him mature into a lovely friendly doggo!

Rich is amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. My cocker spaniel adores him and loves his walks. Rich also uploads great photos of the walks and it's lovely to see Milo having so much fun.
