Great service by J and R leasing. The owner robert is always on hand even after standard working hours via text/whatsapp. Extremely diligent and quick to respond. A very small error was made in my paperwork , which was rectified immediately with virtually no impact to our business. All in a very honest and professional service would definitely recommend

First time leasing a car and was quiet nervous about doing it on line. Robert and Julie were both fantastic ,quick to respond and very helpful with everything . Got my car and I'm very happy.

When i was quoted a vehicle online, they were unclear with the proposals and didn't seem to understand where the mistake was made. Robert seemed uninterested in correcting his own mistakes and was very poor regarding communication from the start. Awful way to operate.

Robert helped organise leases for both my wife and I and kept me updated throughout. He was extremely helpful finding the best deal and responded to all queries very quickly. Great customer service

Excellent experience with J&R leasing after originally placing an order for a VW Golf and saying it would be 13 weeks I had the whole process completed and the car within a month. John and Julie were very helpful and made my first leasing experience stress free would definitely recommend.

Initial experience of the company was positive and Robert was very helpful.I placed an order in late October/early November for what I believed was an in stock car for delivery in November, and made it clear early on when I needed this. A few weeks passed by and I wasn’t given a delivery update and chased this up as I needed delivery before December, when from the outset I was advised mid-November.When chasing up with Julie, I was advised that the finance company Lex hadn’t issued paperwork, however Lex was not the finance company the lease was raised by. ALD was the company, and had already approved and posted documentation to me. This caused a small delay but no big deal. However, rather concerning that a company not involved in my lease agreement was causing a delay... from another review, this isn’t the first time admin errors have happened.The big deal comes from not being given any updates on potential delivery dates, despite making it clear when I needed the car by.I have only been advised that the car is delayed but absolutely no indication of when delivery might be. As a result I suggested I may require a refund as the car would not arrive in time. I was abruptly told no and to wait. Again no update on timings.From this point on I have emailed a couple of times over the last week and had no response from Robert and Julie.Customer service is terrible once they have your money and communication is virtually non-existent. Whilst it is far from ideal that my car is delayed, I would expect to be advised at every step of the way, to be told exactly why there is a delay and what is being done about it.The admin fee for JR Leasing is not the most competitive £298, and the customer service in my case has been terrible, I really hope that I am the exception. I would be grateful for the company to contact me immediately to explain the situation and tell me what they are doing about it, rather than ignoring me, or not treating me as a priority given that I made it very clear what my requirements were and that O need to make alternative arrangements.I will update this review to reflect what happens next. If my latest emails to Robert and Julie remain unanswered by 31 November, I will raise a formal complaint and complain to BVRLA if my formal complaint isn’t handled appropriately. I feel like a thorn in JR Leasing’s side and not a valued customer.Based on my experience so far, I can not recommend JR Leasing. I wrongly believed the 5 star rating on Google. My experience with Carzu (recently) and with FVL (3 years ago) has been the polar opposite, kept in the loop the entire way. Right up to, and even past delivery.
