Ordered 3 lengths of vinyl and for it to be laid. Fitter only came out with 2 of them not 3 and now been told they can't fit 3rd for a month and so asked for it to be delivered to find that it will only be delivered if they are in area and don't know when that will be. Absolute rubbish it should have all came the first time they came out not left one at warehouse.

We were delighted with the service we got from Carol. We were helped with our quote to choose the right carpet and vinyl for our needs, and the ordering process was efficient and clear. We were recommended the measuring service which was booked and then carried out by Liam who again gave us great advice. We were very happy with how friendly and helpful all of the staff were.

Absolute con! I purchased lamanate flooring £1800 I was told that was all in underlay fitting ect. I went ahead with the deal. An indipendent flooring guy came to fit it and done a great job however after it was fitted he said I needed to pay him for the fitting a further £450 conner mcleaod the manager at the Elgin branch totally conned us he told us £1800 was everything as well as fitting. He obviously loves the commission money and made the deal sound great by not adding the fitting cost. The flooring fitter said it happens all the time. I'm I. The process of a formal complaint

We dealt with Luke after hours of looking at different colours of carpet! He used his knowledge of different colours of beds to advise us on the best option! He made the choice so much easier and simple! I would definitely 10/10 recommend!!

We were served by Kyle today. He was polite, understood what we were looking for, and showed us the best options. We were only going to look for a carpet today as having works done and won't be ready for it until early May but Kyle helped change our minds. There was no hard sell, which is something I hate and have walked out many a shop because of. He was informative and we are very happy with our purchase and the service we received today.
