Our boys loved their stay at Gallowmyre kennels. It's just unfortunate they're so far out of our way otherwise we'd use them more often.Lovely young ladies that take the time to put you at ease about leaving your 'kids' with them

The facilities were extremely good and the staff I met were all lovely, and the service my dogs received was brilliant.However I was told a set price per night when I originally enquired, I then received an invoice with different prices, after a back and forth and questioning this I was practically called a liar, some nights an additional heating charge was added making these nights more expensive than other nights which were also more expensive than I was originally quoted. Although this heating charge makes sense and would be understandable, it was never communicated to me. I was never given the full information on prices, etc. I was also told a totally different price when I originally queried. Quite frankly, the customer service and the way this was dealt with after and practically accusing the customer of lying was appalling. I'm not sure if I would use these kennels again because of that, even though I could not fault the facilities and how the dogs were treated! It's hard to not feel like I was cheated, and then to be practically called a liar is a joke!

Grandoggies there for 10 days and very well cared for and walked daily. Second time there and were much more settled. Staff lovely and friendly. Daily updates.
