Royal Mail West Norwood

Not fit for purpose. One female postperson was recently seen dumping /stealing mail. Endless amounts of parcels just don't get delivered or 'disappear '.This week alone, two lots of goods have gone 'missing ' even with tracking!!

Feel like this place bears the brunt of folk's frustration at a service that has gone ever downhill since it was privatised. I've always found the staff here unfailingly polite and it used to run really well back in the day. It's clear they are struggling with staffing issues and the appalling mismanagement of Royal Mail overall.

Slow service, long queues, constantly been told, letters and parcels will be redelivered.Assistant at front desk not able to read the post man's writing on the card.Service is very poor, along with poor opening hours

This is the worst branch ever….. to collect your parcel for average person opening hours in this branch means to take a day off from 8-10 absolutely ridiculous

Royal Mail didn't deliver a parcel yet again? No probs, I'll just hop down to the delivery office after work when I'm free tomorrow to pick it up. Oh, wait, West Norwood delivery office operates in bizarro wacky world, where the best hours to be open are 8am until 10am. What on Earth are those hours? lol. Staff are nice enough and helpful, not that you'd ever see them because the opening hours are 8am until 10am. Just want to reiterate because it feels like I'm in some sort of nightmare universe where time is meaningless when I look at those opening hours. 8am until 10am? What kind of moron in a suit (who definitely doesn't use Royal Mail delivery) decided that was a good idea? Maybe we could also weld the door shut and never take packages, since we're coming up with great and helpful ideas?

Always very polite and helpful I do find the opening times a bit strange but since I’ve realised they’re open on a Thursday at 4 pm I just leave parcels until then which makes things a lot easier for me.

Where is my redelivery? I wait all day from 9 to 1 :30 pm tryed to track the parcel and It is not given i formation what is more you do open the office but from 8 to 10 so no body to ask anything!

It's now been 4 years and countless undelivered items from this branch and still nothing has changed. FOUR YEARS.There has to be no one delivering post or something because I've had a delivery marked down as No one was home" more times than I can count. I've rebooked a delivery and sat at the window in direct view of my entrance to see if a delivery was being reattempted just for no one to turn up and for the item to still be marked as "delivery attempted"I can't recall the last time I saw a post man in the area. Rest assured if the mark your delivery item down as "attempted delivery" etc...no one has tried and it's just being left to sit in their depo and build up with the rest of everyone's mail."

Haven't had post for nearly a month they say there short staffed and people have quit and there people missing urgent hospital appointments
