Shop was closed as I passed by. This is due to vivid 19. However the store looked clean and tidy with large windows, selling various products not all to do with shoes

Brilliant customer service . tried to get Railcard photo .first experience.tried station chemist not too interested in helping but the man on day in timpsons couldn't do enough worked perfect and we off first trip on train shortly o a p. Thanku.

There on Saturday afternoon for four keys , Chubb, Yale and Henderson,which were done straightaway. Good price and all worked on first turn.

Went for a visit to get the heel of one of my shoes reattached. Only took a minute and completely free of charge. Even without being a pre-existing customer; never having made any previous purchases. Kind man doing good for the community. Brilliant!

Tried 3 different places to get a key cut and none of them worked. Passing here we thought we would give it a try. The gentleman was lovely. Took time to size width of key properly. Little bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. Got home and was pleased to say opened the door. Highly recommend this place. THANKYOU
