I'm rather fussy who I take my bikes to, having done most things myself over the years, the only thing I really tend to give the bike away for is an MOT.Last minute rush to get the Blade it's MOT, not only did he squeeze me into his already busy day, he did it with polite conversation.My new favourite place!

My bike had not been ridden for a few years so needed some serious attention. These boys were the 1st shop after going to about 6 different places to not only say bring it in that afternoon but properly sort it and advise on a few problems with it.After doing the work, my bike had to go back with a mad electrical problem from before and they painstakingly sorted it.It now feels like a new bike again. No fuss ,no nonsense. I'm chuffed.Thanks so much.

Excellent customer service, great price for tyres, fitted & balanced. Dave even offered me a cup of coffee while the work was being done. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

My BMW S1000RR was overdue the valves being checked so was hunting around for someone to do the job. A friend recommended Wheelies Motorcycles in Rainham so I enquired with them as to what it would cost and how long it would take etc… He seemed to know his stuff on email as he also recommended replacing the gaskets as well as the spark plugs to which I agreed on both and asked him to include these as I wanted my bike done correctly.Eventually I got the bike to them and dropped it off knowing that we had agreed that I would pick it up two days later. Thus, two days later I got another lift from a friend. When I got there and she was driving away, I was confronted with my bike still in bits and being told it was far from ready. Managed to get my lift to come back luckily but while I was waiting I was asked whether I wanted to replace the plugs and this was something already previously agreed on email which I found strange. Fair enough people forget, so again said that I wanted him to do this within the bill as agreed of £300. Again, I went on my way and came back a further two days later to pick up the bike. When I arrived, the bike was back in once piece and I was delighted to have it back. I paid them the £300 and took the bike home.Was a couple of weeks before I rode it again and properly rather than the five miles it took to get home. I got to a friend’s house and noticed oil on the side of the fairing which concerned me quite a bit. We checked the bike and it seemed that it was coming from the cam cover but maybe we thought this could be residual oil that had been spilled. So, I rode the bike home and this time opened it up more, only to get home and have oil all over the side of the bike and all over my left boot.I immediately emailed Dave at Wheelies and asked whether he had in fact replaced the gaskets as previously discussed? His retort was that I had never mentioned this in discussion so he just put the old gaskets back on. I then copied the email to him where I specifically said replace the plugs and wished him to also replace the gaskets which was also sent on month earlier so more than enough time to be aware of this. He again denied this and suggested that he would happily replace the gaskets if I paid for them which were £101+VAT… After I later contacted BMW Motorad myself regarding the gaskets I needed and they said that they would cost £62 inc VAT so he was even making from me from his supposed ‘gesture of goodwill’.After a sleepless night, I have now asked another reputable bike mechanic to do the job replacing the gaskets and have the peace of mind it will be done right this time. This mistake could have had very serious consequences if the bike had seized losing oil or oil had got onto my rear tire. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be taking my pride and joy back to Wheelies Motorcycles and wanted to warn others of these cowboys. Also, the email I sent regarding them not touching my bike again due to lack of faith in them was subsequently ignored. A few bike mechanics have said recently that it is standard good practice to replace used gaskets and that they should of insisted on replacing them due to the strong chance of putting someone’s life on the line if oil did come out of the engine. Certainly, no way to treat a 190mph superbike don’t you think??

Can’t recommend garage to anyone I wait for apartment nearly 3 weeks I had a day off was on time but no one care about it and was sent away. Waste of money and time… never again!

Dave was awesome. Had a engine management light on my yamaha. Plugged his computer on fixed it and turned the light off. Thanks mate
