I'm one of the medical DR i booked an appointment to see a GP doctor, they booked me on saturday 11/11 today at 3:15 pm i went there and unfortunately they were closed I do not understand how they do that for the patient if im felling unwell .

I recently requested some information. Some of it was missing. I contacted the surgery, got through on the third attempt. The staff were very friendly and professional and apologised for their oversight. I have no complaints.

The hardest place to get through to on earth, shockingly bad telephone system with no queue system, over 180 calls since 8am and every single time you get the same dreadful automated message sorry

Receptionist today had no idea how to read a discharge letter, instead very contradictory.Here we go for a delay in mum's important bloods, as the letter I brought in was not even actioned on.

Been waiting for a lung function test a month now, been told I am on a list and there are about a hundred on the list by the receptionist. The reason being they say is there is no nurse that does them and they are training one now. For something so important and diagnostic, heads need to roll for this situation. Those responsible should hang their heads in shame. Appalling and will be taking this higher, I am going to now be referred to the chest clinic without a lung function test, I can’t wait for their reaction. Why are things so bad in this surgery, bring back the managers and doctors we used to have, hearing that doctors in the NHS only work three and a half days a week now for their pay therein lies the problem. We used to have full time gps in their practice but many days you are told they are not in when trying to get an appointment, if this is true it’s hows why the nhs is in trouble at gp level.

I’ve complex mental health difficulties. Crossfell couldn’t be bothered to help me so discharged me as a patient instead. The discharge alone has caused even more issues in that I can’t even get the help I need. They’re a bunch of morons.

Not for the first time I am left without medication because of the ineptitude of this surgery. The robot receptionist just shrugs her shoulders and repeats unhelpful responses. To say I am livid is an understatement!!! No answer to why they aren't there even though I ordered them 10 days ago. No idea of when they will be! Just a shrug and a will be there when doctor signs them off. Same as she said a week ago when they weren't there at all. I suppose I should be grateful I got half. The phone lines are a joke, you need more staff from your OOFF money instead of profits, there is only one sensible member of staff and that is Kerry. I had a two week referral which was not sent. The newspaper review says there are eight doctors this is not true. I want them to state which are temporary and which are locum as this falsely represent the statistics. I often have to ring them as I have missing items from my prescriptions. We long for the days when Judith was in charge.

If i could give 0 stars i would, absolutely atrocious service receptionist is a clown, and doctors are not much better. The surgery is intentionally blocking access to a private prescription because they would rather peddle opiates to patients. Aboid at all costs.
