Recently changed over to this salon for my HD eyebrows after my last eyebrow lady messed mine up. This place has restored my faith again! My eyebrows have never looked better and the vibe was so relaxed and the lady who did them was so lovely. Will definitely become a regular client ☺️

I spent 40 minutes getting to Manchester from where I live and Mary refused to do my eyebrows when I got here. For some context, this is because last time I came I wasn’t happy with the henna - it started to go all weird the next day, so instead of being upset or writing a bad review I messaged Mary directly about this and she said I could either come back or have a refund. I said that I wasn’t able to come back to Manchester in the next week, so she asked me for my bank details to give me a refund and so I thanked her and moved on thinking that everything was fine. I decided to come back again as she did the shape well and thought it might have just been a misstep on the day like not prepping my brows properly beforehand. She didn’t ask me for photos, or to speak to me to see my brows at the time or suggest what could have happened. When I took the decision to come back and give it another chance, instead of being a mature professional and being able to repair with a client, I arrive and I am told that she was upset by what I had said and that I had ‘blackmailed’ her because I said that I wanted to write to her directly rather than leaving a review, which was quite a shock (I have the messages which show the conversation). I would never blackmail someone and as someone living with a disability, fairness is one of my core values. I do not leave negative reviews or complain easily. Mary could have called me or told me she didn’t want to do my brows and I wouldn’t have wasted half of my day and missed the chance to see my best friend before I leave the country for a while. I am deeply, deeply disappointed and hurt by what happened today.
