I had gel extensions done here, which were okay. Nice clean environment and friendly staff. Slightly uneven filing but I can live with that. 6 days later the thumb fell off while I was walking to work., but they fix that for free.

I got my eyelashes done by a lovely girl. However, the next day I got eye infection in both eyes. Both my eyes became red and irritated and even blinking is painful, so I had to get antibiotic ointment for therapy. Not sure what to do, as the previous time I came everything was ok. This shouldn't happen as it is really dangerous.

Helen and the other lady were very kind.They were really attentive with my mum who enjoyed the experience. I have had numerous treatments and appreciate how hard the ladies work. Very happy with our nails, thank you!

I am overly fed up with the way the stylist speaks to people, especially Helen. I am so fed up with how she makes one feel less important and bangs the phone on me. She says one thing and changes her words without notice and consideration, very unprofessional.The issue was when I came in last week Wednesday complaining of the eyelashes she told me there was nothing she can do except for an infill, called and spoke with her for 6 minutes and yet she claimed she didn't know she was giving me the wrong information aside from the fact that she was just laughing at me the day I came in to speak with her. I still thought I should reconsider coming again but then again she gladly referred me to somewhere else, how is that good customer service? Wow, unbelievable.I will just advise friends I have referred before now to be careful.

I really wanna say thank you to Mr. Zhong for helping us complete my husband’s haircut. Zhong is very patient, willing to take our suggestions, and very enthusiastic to teach us how to take care of my husband's hair on the wedding day. A nice place to go!!

I had been to Kami for getting my nails done and had a not so great experience. So I had acrylic nails which I wanted to be removed first. But the nail artist started blabbering in her language and then told me that they only do gel nails. Still she started to do my nails and without removing the coating she charged for ful amount of acrylic nail removal. I guess they need to be better in conveying what they can do and what not. If they can’t do it they should be clear about it in beginning.

I had a blow dry done with a male hairdresser who was extremely rough and quite aggressive whilst washing my hair and it really hurt my head. This is the worst blow dry experience I've ever had. He didn't seem to show any care whatsoever. He didn't appear to speak any English either so couldn't even understand me when I asked him to be more gentle. He also pulled and tugged on my hair a lot throughout the entire blow dry and the end result of it was actually no better than I could do myself at home. He also used products which have had a very drying effect on my hair. It was a very amateur job to be quite honest. I would advise anyone thinking about getting anything hair related done at this salon to seriously reconsider. Please do not be fooled when they say we have no record of your details as they try to deny it. I was a customer who walked in off the street so they never took down any details from me. Please do yourself a favour and give this highly unprofessional place a miss.

I had a permanent wave digital perm done at Kami's in February and what can I say? The staff was lovely and the perm was (is) amazing. 6 months later I still have all the curls! Can't wait to be back in Edinburgh to make an appointment again ✨
