I couldn't unlock or open the rear doors on my van . Sean attended , managed to get the doors open and put in alot of effort to repair it. Great job and service. Highly recommended.

Had car key stolen and came out within the hour to reprogram car and existing key. Kept informed of progress while replacement spare key awaited. Really excellent friendly customer service at a good price. Would thoroughly recommend.

The key wouldn't turn in my Audi A3,so it was stuck on the drive, blocking other cars in!I called 3 random locksmiths and Sean was the only one to call back, very quickly!He arrived on time, did the job and the fee was fair.He was also able to cut some extra car keys for me, out of the back of his van.Excellent service, excellent manner, excellent job.I have driven by the shop in Worthing many times now and it has big signage.This business is a must have for the note book.

Fantastic service. I can't fault Sean's service - he is friendly and does everything he can to help. I had an issue with my Renault Kangoo immobiliser needing re-setting after a fault with use of a spare key. Sean came out in pouring rain and explained he needed to order new batteries for one of the keys which he did - but strangely the next day, the problem had sorted itself and the car re-started. Despite this, Sean told me he wouldn't charge a call-out fee which I thought very decent since he'd spent half an hour in the car doing the first part of his reprogramming run-through.

Excellent service! My brother got locked out of his Audi, I recommended S&L to him. The gentlemen came within 10-20 minutes and gained access with no damage to the car. Very friendly gentleman. Thank you.

Excellent service! Sean was professional and punctual. My Vauxhall corsa only had a manual key, Sean managed to make a key which also did central locking. I was also very impressed by how little time it took! Really nice chap, and I’ve had no issues with my locking! Highly recommend!
