My experience purchasing a vehicle from AutoChoice as excellent, big mention goes out to Rob new in his role and must be commend for his professionalism patience and committed dedication to his role I felt at ease when questioning and discussing my requirements with him, no request was to difficult to deal with, we built up a great relationship communication was first class , engaging, doing the small things right leads to decision making risk free and confidence in my purchase,Enjoying my new vehicle!!!!Well done Rob

Situated in a quiet hidden place but google maps take u right there.Went in told them i had an appointment booked, and they were not aware of anything but still went ahead to look for the car that i was there for.Wanted to take for a test drive and staff member asked me if i was going to buy the car and i replied it all depends how the test drive goes and he said he will only take the car out if i was going to buy it otherwise no point on wasting time. This made me quiet uncomfortable thinking how can i say to you yes without driving the car !?!? So i i decided not to go for the test drive in case i dont like the car and have to say no them. So walked away without the proper inspection.Won't be coming back

The car is gorgeous! Rob the salesmen was lovely and really helpful from the point of enquiry. Unfortunately, the establishment refused to take card payment and only offered bank transfer so bare this in mind if purchasing from here!

Chris was a fantastic guy to buy from, from beginning to end of my buying journey which took a couple of months. I originally bought a clio which unfortunately had a minor fault that didn't become apparent until valet. I knew I was in good hands when Chris was transparent about this and told me he didn't want to send it down to me unless they were 100% happy with it, and I agreed - It was sent off for repair but unfortunately repair took longer than anticipated. This was noones fault, just an issue with a sensor that was previously unknown and proving tricky to fix. I was offered the choice of choosing another car but I didn't see anything I liked so opted to wait. Unfortunately the original car still showed the same error, and I saw a BMW i really liked so opted for that. Chris made sure the turnaround was insanely quick, and I had my new car within a few days! The car was impeccable on delivery, spotlessly clean and the lovely delivery man gave me a good overview on how to get started with it . Chris waived the delivery fee, paid its tax and included some biscuits and a bottle of wine in the car which was such a lovely gesture! Chris was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and highly apologetic and understanding in light of the situation. He was prompt and very friendly in all our communications. I am so happy with my new car, its a great little car! Highly, highly recommend autochoice and Chris!

I was very nervous about purchasing a car. Rob made this experience as easy as it could be. He was friendly, helpful (even sending a video over), very patient and straightforward. He gave sound advice regarding when to do all the admin around a car purchase and everything was done efficiently. I would highly recommend Autochoice and in particular Rob who is a valuable asset to this business.

Very friendly and hassle free, very relaxed, and efficient. Picked up the car and said goodbye to my traded in vehicle with the minimum of fuss.The sales rep Rob was very helpful assisting me with filling in of the necessary forms etc.So far I would recommend this outlet.

An amazing experience with Autochoice. Rob was extremely helpful and professional from the start to the purchase. Could not praise and recommend enough. There were no pushy sales tactics. Just pure professionalism. Rob was quick to respond to any questions I had before seeing the vehicle and even picked me up and dropped me back to the train station.
