What an amazing experience!The shop is full of dresses for all occasions, also shoes and headware.The owner is lovely and obviously loves what she does.The lady that helped my friend (who knew what she wanted but could not find it) narrowed down a number of options.After about an hour of dedicated service my friend had her mother of the bride dress.She said Yes to the dress!So delighted.Thank you.

What a fantastic evening last night at Revolve! I went in to try and find a dress for my prom. Hayley did an amazing job at guiding me and encouraging me to try different styles, fits and colours until I found the perfect one! I am SO happy and very grateful to Hayley and the team for putting on such a fantastic event. I can't wait until my prom!

The ladies at Resolve were absolutely fantastic during our appointment yesterday. I took my elderly mother in law to find a wedding oufit. Nothing was too much trouble, they spent ages trying to find her something they had so much patience, we were there quite a while. In the end they found a lovely oufit for her. Thank you

Travelled a distance to Revolve as we knew they stocked a dress my daughter liked and they seemed to have a great range. Shop seemed chaotic. Staff not very engaged or on the ball. Very much a production line. We didn't get personal service and ended up largely picking our own choices best we could from the over crammed racks. One assistant made it very clear we'd overstayed with several comments despite us being there only an hour and a quarter. When I asked for a particular style I was told we'd pretty much exhausted the rack despite only trying on 7 dresses at most and she wasnt even with us. Not the service I was expecting when spending hundreds of pounds. This should be a memorable and exciting experience. It wasn't. I didn't even see others getting a great experience either so clearly not just us.

I recently had a prom dress fitting experience at this store that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had booked the appointment for my daughter's prom dress fitting on April 1st, hoping to create a memorable experience to celebrate her final year at school. Unfortunately, this turned out to be our first and last prom dress buying experience at Revolve.Initially, we were told by the assistant that the store had a system in place to prevent girls from wearing the same dress to a particular prom event from their store. This gave us some peace of mind and led us to believe that Revolve had a professional approach and offered something unique. However, our expectations were quickly shattered once we entered the store.The dress fitting experience was chaotic and far from enjoyable. The store was overcrowded with limited space to try on the dresses. To make matters worse, another lady trying on a Mother of the Bride dress was using the same space, which added to the chaos and confusion. The dress rails were jam-packed, making it difficult to see the available options clearly.Despite these initial frustrations, my daughter managed to find a dress in the colour she desired. However, there was no mention of any alterations or fitting services, which I had expected from a professional dress shop. The assistant jotted down the dress details in an overflowing A4 notepad, making the whole process feel disorganised and unprofessional.To our dismay, just a month later on May 5th, my daughter informed me that one of her close friends had bought the exact same dress in the same color. We were shocked to discover that the dress had been purchased from the very same shop.Upon contacting the store to address the issue, a helpful lady apologised for the mix-up which had been due to my daughters dress being added to the year 11 prom in the same school by mistake and offered either an exchange or refund. Reluctant to let go of the dream dress, we decided to explore options such as customising it or working something out with my daughter's friend. Unfortunately, none of our attempts were successful. Due to A-level exams, we postponed further action until after June 18th, hoping for a solution.After exploring various options and finally finding an alternative vintage dress, we needed to return the original dress. Today, on July 5th, I visited the store and was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested and unprofessional. She approached me whilst taking a personal call on her mobile, confirming an appointment for her the following day. When I tried to explain the situation, she cut me short, stating that the store does not issue refunds, only credit notes or exchanges. She did not ask any questions or even bother to look at the dress, simply dismissing me by waving me away, mentioning that it took me too long to bring the dress back.This entire experience at Revolve Leamington Spa has been a complete letdown. I am deeply disappointed that I spent my hard-earned money on this whole sorry affair. I will ensure that I never return to this store and will save my friends from the stress and disappointment we have endured. Revolve Leamington Spa needs to address their disorganised fitting process and the stores promise that they will manage dress duplication for a prom event (if you can’t guarantee it or have the system in place to do it don’t promise it)

My mother , sister and myself have gone to this shop several times and they never fail to be attentive to our requests. It’s my second time for mother of the bride outfit , my mother her 4th time. The staff are great especially Hayley they were patient and always went out their way to make us feel special . They even ordered a hat especially for me to hire out!!!!!I have tried other mother of the bride shops and personally they weren’t a patch on this shop.I highly recommend anyone that needs that special outfit.Thank you to all the staff especially Hayley.
