Very pleased with the service. Jamie warned us that cleaning a roof is a messy business (and it really is !) but assured us everything would be cleaned up by the time they were finished. True to his word - roof, gutters, fascias, windows and drive were all washed down and left clean. Hard-working, polite and friendly guys that I am happy to recommend to anyone.

Jamie of JJL Exterior Cleaning was recommended to us and we hired Jamie to clean the stonework on a Victorian house we are restoring, which was neglected over many years. A number of companies had visited and explained that it would be impossible to clean the stonework effectively, due to it being stained with algae and carbon in some areas but not in others. They said they wouldn’t be able to blend the newly cleaned stonework with the less stained stonework on other parts of the house, so it all looked uniformed and restored sympathetically. Or that to clean it, they’d have to damage the stonework. At one point I doubted we’d find anyone to take on the challenge to clean it, without cleaning the house so it looked too clean, rather than restored.Jamie gave us excellent advice before carrying out the work. He reassured us that the method he uses was gentle enough not to damage the stone and that he could be very accurate in targeting the specific stained areas and clean them to a point that they blended with the rest of the house but without cleaning the stone which didn’t require it, or the house next door.Jamie cleaned the specific areas very accurately and with a lot of patience and care. He has transformed the way the building looks and it was a huge relief that it is restored to such a beautiful state. We’ve had many lovely comments from local people saying how amazing it looks.I’d highly recommend Jamie for period building stone restoration and any challenging projects, where patience and care is needed.

Can't believe how much better our roof looks, in fact it's improved the look of the whole house. We knew there would be a lot of mess - and there was - but Jamie and colleague cleared it all away so you wouldn't have known any work had been done. He also responded quickly to inquiries, providing a very professional service, would definitely recommend.

If only all companies in the building sector were as competent and responsive as Jamie and his team. After struggling to find a exterior cleaning company who actually turned up, I came across JJL on Facebook. I contacted Jamie via WhatsApp and he replied within the hour. I sent over photos and he quoted by email.The job was done to a fantastic standard and I couldn’t be happier.
