Useless useless useless, never got any prescription in. Takes ages for them to acknowledge a GP order then say 'we've only just received it'. Then they say we'll have to order it, they'd be happy to let people die rather than serve their needs. They just don't care about people

The Indian lady with glasses on is really rude. She was defensive and passive aggressive when I requested an FP57 receipt. She made me feel stupid for asking for that and said she has never heard of that term. I have also witnessed her being really mean and horrible to an elderly woman. I don't know why she still works there despite having such an antagonistic and hostile attitude she is just disrespectful.

This chemist has an excellent female pharmacist. I’ve visited on a few occasions and found her very approachable and honest. She went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you!

Lady at the front is so unbearably rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t bother to help she has been rude on multiple occasions and I’ve seen her be rude to anyone who walks in. She spent over 20 minutes trying to find my prescription from her basket and claimed not to find it then told me there is no way a prescription was sent over from my gp she spoke very rudely despite my kindness towards her. I asked to speak to a manager and the pharmacist at the back took less then 2 minutes to find my prescription from the same basket and handed me my medication politely while the Indian lady was still giving me death stares.

I really want to thank all the lady's that have gone above and beyond to help me over the last 5 years they have been so kind to me help me and sort my medication out for me this month march is a very bad time for me. And they are so understanding and very helpful I thank you all so much! Please be respectful to them and remember they are here to help you be kind nice. Thanks you lots from me.

Been using this pharmacy for years. Surprised to see all the negative reviews. The staff are friendly and professional. Treat them with respect and you get respect back. If you're impatient or rude you'll probably have a bad experience.

Rudest staff ever. Went in today and the woman at the front desk didn't even bother to greet, i went to pick up a prescription at 2.30 sent by the doctor around 10 this morning and she kept saying we don't have anything here, so lazy of her. Then she let a third person in the shop even if it was 2 allowed but when i went in she just kicked me out. Very rude and unprofessional
