My query was dealt with by a lovely member of their team, Kay Morgan, who was extremely attentive and made sure to respond swiftly to our initial email exchange. Great company! They work very professional and friendly at the same time, being so helpful any time of the day, appreciate all the hard work they had made for us.Especially Kay Morgan , she has been the person who has helped us with the issue of our boiler, she has been great, very kindly, always willing to help us anytime, she has been awesome and has worked very hard until the issue was solved.

Elevace Estates is highly recommended for your tenant requirements as they provide professional service, are easy to approach and communicate with face to face or via e-mail or phone. The construction, maintenance, Block management work and post sale service of Wishing Well apartments from Elavace Estates was a complete disaster. . My worst investment ever. Now is almost worthless (40% less than the purchase price in 3 years) and paying large sums of money of service charges with the new Block management Company for repairing things and to be comply with safety issues that were defective since the building was finished in 2020. They just washed their hands for each claim we made, later last year they sold the Block Management and the land to another Firms so now they they have nothing to do " regarding all this issues"

They have tried to charge me twice for ground rent, service charge and management fees.They still owe me money but they have instead sent me a new bill based on double charges.If you would like to be charged multiple times, received payments late after chasing over months, being told that the accounts team are busy all day for over a few months so you can’t speak to them on phone, empty promises and, lack of flat inspection - then yes, Elavace is your agent.I will not stop leaving negative reviews until I receive full refund. I will be taking my case further as well with the lawyers soon.

If I could put zero stars I would. This has been the biggest investment headache in my life. I feel deceived and scammed since I bought an apartment with this lads in Liverpool in a Buy to Let" scheme. None of the performance results promised by them were accomplished
